I am a self taught artist who loves to learn and use any excuse I can find to create.  Whether I am teaching, collecting art supplies, crafting or redecorating rooms in my house, I find ways to express myself.  

I have been artistic all my life and while other kids were taking piano or ballet lessons, I walked to my local art museum and spent all my free time there.  No matter where in the world I travel or live, I find beauty in my surroundings.  

I traditionally work with acrylic paint but I also love the details and texture that mixed media brings to a piece.    

I paint on gallery wrapped canvas, and more recently with heavy art papers.  

I personally take control of all aspects of Giclèe (fine art print) reproductions of my original art.  Whether scanning or photographing my original work, I perform color correction of all art before any print is sent out.  Smaller prints are matted for a finished look.

Original artwork or commissioned pieces are  covered with a dust cover, a paper backing which gives the piece a finished look.  All canvas paintings come ready to hang and are finished with a spray varnish that protects the art for years to come.
